“I'm happy with my current supplier”: these are six words which we often hear from prospective customers. In fact, we use the same six words when a new potential supplier contacts us.

But we believe in the “make the call; take the call; refer the call” ethos and will always give prospective callers the time to get their message across. If their product or service may be of use to us, we'll listen. If not, we'll try to refer them on to someone who may be able to make use of their product or service. We also hope that recipients of our calls will treat us with similar understanding.

Is your current supplier delivering the best deal though? Are you using one supplier for all of your print needs?
