This one really takes the biscuit!

We claim to be able to print pretty much anything and the proof of the pudding is in the eating: or the biscuit in this case.

We've pointed out elsewhere that it's almost impossible for us to provide an exhaustive list of what we can produce because the list is so long. It's also hard for us to provide a definitive price list - besides the illustrative prices on this site - because most of the projects which we undertake are bespoke.

The best way for us to demonstrate our range of products and services is to occasionally highlight them and in this installment we're looking at edible print: as well as cars, buses, aircraft tail fins, doors, floors, stairs and so on, we can also print biscuits. We do print on paper and card occasionally as well.

We make no secret of the fact that we are print managers: we have no printing equipment of our own but instead source products from a wide range of specialist, trade suppliers. From a day-to-day business point of view, this means that our customers can utilise us as a one-stop print solution. Whereas they would traditionally use different printers for different printed products (business cards, brochures, exhibition materials and so on), we represent a collective of independent, trade-only suppliers of all kinds of print. Those suppliers keep overheads (and prices) down by – among other things – not employing sales staff: they out-source their sales function to us. So to our customers, we're a resource-saving, one-stop solution.

A few of our customers have come to us because they've had something so specialised that they don't have the time or resources to source it themselves and they know that London Print Brokers will have someone suitable among their extensive supplier database. We recently had an enquiry for edible business cards from a customer who didn't have the resources to source them themselves. They told us that a Google search had thrown up a few options but they didn't have time to research the various suppliers, nor the terminology involved.

Luckily for them, amongst our wide-ranging supply chain, we have a biscuit printer!

Why would someone want an edible business card, or a printed biscuit for that matter? The former was for a PR event and our client wanted something unusual to make them stand out from the crowd. We'll also be producing standard business cards for them as well, for those instances where the recipient of a business card doesn't note down our client's details before eating them.

Our printed biscuits can be printed full colour and cut to any bespoke size, so they can be logo-shaped for a company promotion. You could even send giant biscuit Christmas cards to your most valued corporate customers - guaranteed to be the most memorable - and tasty - card they'll receive this year. It's like all of our printing: you think of an application and we'll come up with an innovative solution.

We've produced some unusual printed products in the past but believe that this one literally takes the biscuit!
